How busy periods work
Free stays free. There is no daily usage cap. When a model is busy, new standard requests temporarily pause. Try again after capacity opens; upgrading is optional.
Premium goes first. Premium work has reserved capacity and is selected ahead of waiting free work. Requests already accepted by the provider continue. Priority cannot bypass an outage or guarantee an exact completion time.

Contact supportFrequently asked questions
Is this a recurring subscription? ›
No. This is a one-time payment for 30 days of Premium. It does not renew or charge you automatically. You can extend it manually whenever you choose.
When does Premium activate? ›
Premium is applied after the payment provider confirms completion and the account update succeeds. Network and provider processing times vary. Your payment record shows both the payment status and account update.
What if I send a different amount? ›
Check the exact currency, network and quoted amount before sending. If you have already sent a different amount, contact support with the order reference and transaction ID before sending more funds.
Are there additional fees? ›
Your wallet, network or payment provider may charge fees. Check the total in your wallet before confirming a transfer. Available networks and minimum amounts are shown during checkout.
What payment information is recorded? ›
The payment is linked to your NudeAI account so the purchase can be applied. Order, amount, currency and provider transaction details are recorded. Crypto transfers may be publicly visible on their network; do not assume they are anonymous.
What is the wallet balance option for? ›
Top-ups add USD credit to your NudeAI account. When the balance is at least $14.95, this page lets you activate Premium from that balance instantly. It is useful when a network such as BTC or TRC20 has a minimum above the Premium price.
What if the payment window expires? ›
Do not send funds to an expired address. If you already sent funds, contact support with your order reference and transaction ID before attempting another payment. The outcome needs to be reviewed; a refund or recovery is not guaranteed.
